Interviewstreet is a web app that helps companies/ employers screen candidates with custom programming tests. 

Basic concept of the logo is ‘sorting’. The ones who aren’t eligible follow the lane shown by ‘0’ while the ones who succeed in the test move in the direction of ‘1’. Zero and One being binary numbers suggest the programming aspect of the app. Also, the plaques can be seen as sporting O and I that stand for In and Out (for interview candidates) and Input and Output (as in Programming).
