Logo for Foundora.

Foundora is a knowledge hub for startup founders and entrepreneurs. It aims to be a central place for aspiring entrepreneurs, social media geeks, and web start-up guys, so they can get to learn from the people who’ve been through it all.

The logo shows a plant shoot making an ‘f’. The shoot depicts the nascence of startups. Below are few sketches from the development of the type. The final type is a modified version of Rotis Semi Serif.

Client Testimonial:

“Saawan is definitely the most patient and cooperative designer you would come across. His creativity, understanding of what/how we wanted our logo to be was awesome. He did a number of iterations for us until we were satisfied, which I think is a sign of a pro designer. Team Foundora strongly advises and recommends his services to others.”

Logo Design for In50Hrs.

In50Hrs is a weekend hackathon where people with ideas, developers, and designers get together to give life to ideas and have working prototypes before the weekend is out.

The scale and pencil represent design and development of products. Also, they make the shape of an ‘L’, the Roman numeral for 50. The stopwatch depicts ‘in specified time’ and countdown.

New Event Themes and Checkout Page for Ayojak.

Ayojak has recently rolled out new themes and a new Ticket Checkout wizard that were designed by me few months back. The first theme is called the Default theme, which is based on the color scheme of Ayojak Homepage. It is a two page theme. In the first page, the user can get all the information about the event and then decide to order tickets.

The second theme is called Silver theme. As the name suggests, the color scheme is predominantly gray suggesting the silver color.

The new Ticket Checkout is a three step wizard which guides the user to pay and get the ticket. In step 1, the user can either login or checkout as a guest. The time remaining for the session expiry is counted down on top right and is followed by the queue number (if there’s any).

In step 2, the user provides the details of the person on whose name the ticket would be issued. A copy option has been provided for the subsequent tickets after ticket #01 to facilitate easy completion.

In step 3, the user can choose to pay the ticket price using a myriad of payment options.

Note: I used ‘Build’ and ‘DConstruct’ logos and info just for display purpose of the mockup.
